your wallet might not be fully synced or is not unlocked
¶ Solution
First make sure your wallet is fully synced.
Then unlock your wallet:
On Linux:
you need to unlock your wallet with
./prcycoin-cli -datadir=<datadir> unlockwallet "your_pwd" 0
for Windows:
Unlock your wallet from within the GUI. (It asks you for that when you start it.)
